Clearly not tested properly before release. It fails to show the most important info (remaining data/mins/texts). Even if it did work, it would require several clicks to reach the page. Also, most links take you out of the app and into the website. So completely useless, I advise not to upgrade to this version until it is fixed.

Why don't you just text AL to 150 to get that info? I never use the app. The Text Service is far easier.

Hi Leanne, PAYG account. Says - something went wrong cannot show your remaining data at the moment please try again in a few minutes...
Also details of my next pack are completely incorrect.
Why has this new version been released when it is useless!

The new look app has now been updated (3 Aug). The data remaining issue has been fixed and is now displayed, but annoyingly this is after having to page down past the marketing for "amazing deals on broadband" section (I am payg).
I have not changed my pack for years, but at midnight tonight my pack renewal is apparently going to give me approx 10 times the data/mins/texts to what I am expecting !. 😁

My pack renewed ok and the data remaining display is correct. Problem is in the new app with "your next pack" which is still massively incorrect.

Agreed just updated.. What a mess who ever designed it?.. And who okd it?.. Put it back the way it was. Useless.
