New revamped version of MY EE app is complete rubbish.

Clearly not tested properly before release.  It fails to show the most important info (remaining data/mins/texts).  Even if it did work, it would require several clicks to reach the page.  Also, most links take you out of the app and into the website.  So completely useless, I advise not to upgrade to this version until it is fixed.

I have the same issue. I have 27.5GB allowance (8GB base data + free boosts + data rollover), and in the app for the "Your next pack" section shows 45.5GB of Data allowance.

 

To be clear, the current pack data is shown correctly. However, there's clearly a mistake on how the next pack data allowance is calculated.

RE your question, on the My EE website I can't find any place where I can see info of my next pack... Can you direct me to the right place?

 

Anyway, this redesign is absolutely dreadful, it baffles me how such a bad app (from ALL perspectives) not only got approved, but also was chosen to replace such a simple and decently working app as the old My EE app.

 

I am literally disgusted, I've been with EE since 2015 and I remember the crappy old app, then came the redesign in 2018-2019 that was very good, and now we have this awful crap.

 

Extremely disappointed.

In your My EE account online, if you select Menu, do you have an option for pack information?

There's a "Packs" option but it just takes me to the "Packs" page, with info on the current pack and other available packs, but no options to see info on "your next pack" like there is in the app.

Back to the app, any info on when they'll fix the wrong data calculation for the next lock?

 

It may have something to do with the way data rollover is considered, and that causes the count to be wrong.

It is rubbish, you cannot switch accounts either, I manged once then stuck on that accoutn, complete rubbish

I cant get to the accounts, I got to one other and then cannot get out of it

I can not even access the data pages they just go blank - time after time of trying and i need to transfer data to my kid 😣

I'm not impressed with the way EE are handling the situation. Ive always been happy with eh service from EE. But I'm loosing faith in EE given there is little feedback about the problem some customers are having.
