where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

This is within the EE app, as advised if this is not showing we would need to get this looked into and you would need to contact us from any other phone or visit an EE Store who will be happy to help.

No EE mobile is down in my area and my landline is down and store is close for week
