where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

I don't have the option either, very annoying that everything has to be done over the phone when a simple chat would suffice for most queries.

As several other people have said, the chat option has gone from the website and the app.
UK personal customer, latest version of app and ios, not abroad, reliable wifi connection and the option is not there so please do not reply saying it is available on the app like you have to others IT IS NOT!!! and not available on the website or I wouldn't be in here asking!!

If available for your account, you should be able to access the Message us option through the help section of the EE app. If this is not showing you would need to call us and the team can get this looked into for you. Please see our contact information here.
