where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

yes it is the latest version of the app live chart has gone full  for everyone

YES I have tried all of it chat is fully gone it only calls us now

I have no mobile network or landline and wifi calling doesn't work

If you log in to your account at Account settings (ee.co.uk), are you registered as the bill payer or user? (scroll down until you see the bill payer and user options next to your account number)
