where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

@UkzVortex I give up, they are not listening that this option has gone for everyone and IS NOT on the app or the website, just keep churning out the same answers like robots! Time to move networks maybe?!

Hi @Smileysal,
Live chat is still available in the EE app for all eligible accounts.
If your account type can't be supported by our live chat teams (Small business, pay as you go, some legacy broadband services etc.), or if you aren't registered as the legal owner of the account - you won't see the option in the help section of the app.

@James_B not true, everyone keeps telling you guys that live chat is no longer available for ANYONE, when are you going to start listening!?!?!?!!
