Do you have a Spend Cap and this has now been reached? 

If so, you can find ways to get the Spend Cap increased in the Set up and manage Spend Cap page.

There are several ways to make a payment towards your bill, which you can find at How to pay my bill.  

While you're abroad you can use the EE app, log into the online account, or you can make a payment on our Fast Payment page.

You won't be able to get online without an active pack, so you won't need to worry about being charged extra.

Are you a Pay Monthly customer or a Pay As You Go customer.
