I have spoken to EE today as my app won’t work and I can’t log in completely on a pc etc. Can’t see bills or gift data. Apparently I’m not the only one having this issue so am now waiting for tech to contact me to see what can be done.

Have you asked EE to do an account refresh, then delete your app and reboot the device and reinstall the app? This usually solves the problem.

I have exactly the same for months. Every time I ring no one seems to know how to fix it. I can't see my bills or upgrade or anything. Very poor. I think a complaint is coming

Have you asked EE to do an account refresh?
Also make sure that you have the latest app installed.

Update!!! Not sure what happened but after a few days I got a call asking to log in as all fixed
