You can visit How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

Easiest way to get a PAC code is just text PAC (from the phone) to 65075

However, as you are looking to move to another provider it may be worth giving our disconnections team a call, on 150 from any EE phone or on 08000798586 from any other phone/landline, who can issue your PAC code, but also see what they can do to keep you with us.
