Hi I have missed a payment because it came at the wrong time so I’m not sure how much I have to pay and they haven’t tried again

@alanyafolawiyo : If you pay by DD & it failed, EE will try again in 7 days time. Don't make a manual payment yet as it will go towards next month's bill.
