Have you spoken to our mobile guides and been advised of the bill amount? 

Can you access chat if you log into the EE app and go to the Help section? There should be a message us option if available 🙂

Account is suspended and letter says to call 150 but I cant as it takes you through to the payments menu and stuck in a loop. How do I get arround this? As I cant seem to find the online chat
