I'm trying to get my contract FONE unlocked as I payed the contract for this XR pro a couple of years ago now I'm a vunrable adult and I can't even txt them to sort this out what can I do to sort this out as I'm on my own and don't know we're this £225 bill has come from as my support worker sorted it out about not receiving the new IFONE 15pro max and I need a working fone to my disability s I no I need the puck code so I can put a sim in for now

Are you able to access the live chat link in the help section of the EE App? They'll be able to discuss your bill with you.
If your SIM is locked, you can find your PUK code in the plans & subscriptions section of your EE Online account. The live chat team would be able to help you with that too, though.

@Pr1995 : For sending texts, ensure your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.
