Hi Leanne. I have a pay monthly account but I’m in Seychelles and do not have enough Wi-Fi to update EE app to access online chat and I urgently need to order a replacement sim as one of my devices was stolen. Please can you advise?

I am very sorry to hear this has happened, please contact our mobile guides to report the device as stolen, by calling us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen.
