You really have to wonder about the operations team at EE. Just exactly how do you end up with a major feature of your website (and app) being unavailable on a Monday morning?
Are automated healthchecks and alerts something for "everyone else" but EE operations don't lower themselves to such basic operational necessities.
"Don't worry Bob, the users won't notice, want another cup of tea me old china?".
Sigh... and EE wonders why we get really tired of them when they can't keep a basic service operational.

Looking closer, it seems like they have gone and broken the linkage to my account (again), so I can't actually do anything on my account including view my service and/or bill.
This happened earlier in the year and affected many people (there's multiple threads about not being able to view bills), and it seems like they have broken it again.
