Cannot login to ee.co.uk with specific user agents

Hi there,

the ee.co.uk site is truly terrible. I just spent 90 minutes trying to login, only to find out that the common user agent

 

 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/127.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
 
Does not work when you try to login and I had to change it to manually
 
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 10; K) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/124.0.0.0 Mobile Safari/537.36
 
In order to login.
 
Upon further investigation EE's site does not let you login with chrome 127 which is ridiculous.

Hi @1Mark1 I'd recommend clearing your cookies and cache on those browsers, then if you still have issues getting logged in, I'd recommend trying a different web browser. Chris S

I've already tried with incognito both in chrome and Firefox (which is equivalent to clearing the cookies). And I get the same behaviour, I cannot login without editing the user agent.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

I have just tested logging in using Chrome 127 and this has worked. 

I'd recommend reporting this to our technical care team so they can take a further look into your account.
