Hi, I have logged in my EE APP, but I do not know why I am required to link my product. I have never logged out. I need to log in my account to Pay my last bill because I changed it to Pay as you go last month. But I'm not in the UK now and I can't use the phone to call EE, I can't send text messages or even come to EE stores, I haven't found anywhere to chat online, I can only get help in this way, I won't be back in the UK until October.

@Profile closed : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

My previous plan was a one-month plan (rolling plan), and I should still need to pay 10.08 pounds. If I top up 15 pounds in this Fast Payment, will that automatically deduct the 10.08 pounds I need to pay? That would be great!

Sorry, I gave you wrong link for Fast Payment

Ok that’s fine. So, which link for Fast Payment is right?
And, If I top up 15 pounds in this Fast Payment, will that automatically deduct the 10.08 pounds I need to pay?
Thanks!

The last 1 but whichever 1 you use the money goes on the mobile no. you supply.

Thanks!
What I mean is, I only need to pay through this link now, and I have finished paying this month's bill, right? I don't need to care about it anymore, and the rest of the money will be in my account

I wouldn't know what your bill was. All that link does it put an amount of ££s on the a/c of the no. you give. It's up to you work out how much.
Text BILL to 150 to see what it is.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.

Thank you very much. I mean, I know how much my bill is, so I can just pay it into my account through this, and I can do not care it anymore , right?

Yes.
