Mobile Phone Unlinked from my account

I have logged into my EE account to find that my mobile phone and iPad have been unlinked from my account and for some reason I can't relink them as I'm not receiving the verification code via my mobile phone number.

@vreille  is this via the EE app or your online account?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@vreille , I would suggest ringing customer service to find out what has happened.

I take it you are on contract and not pay as you go?

If pay as you go, how long ago have you made a chargeable call or text?
