As the title says
Placed and ordered for some pixel buds 2A on the 24th November
Says dispatch within 7 days
It's been 2 weeks now and nothing since, can't get through on the customer service line as it's just an online order
Is there a delay or any specific team I can talk to?

Welcome to the EE Community
I presume your order number starts with an EE? See if you are able to track it and if not you would need to speak to our electronics team, you can call them on 0800 079 0062 or our team on 150 can connect you to them also.
If your order number starts with XKO then it would just be our normal team on 150 who would be able to check those orders.
