Hi
ordered an upgrade to my daughters watch They tried to deliver it at home, no one in so i asked for it to be delivered to my local store I rang the store on the day of delivery to give them a pin number from DPD but they had already sent it back to EE I have rung EE several times but the watch has not been returned yet, but it isn't my fault they sent it back?
Please advise

@Jensen61 You choose home delivery so DPD tried to do just that. DPD can’t change the delivery address. Two failed delivery attempts and the item is sent back to EE.
