Adding smart watch to existing pay monthly contract

I already own a cellular iwatch - how do I add a contract to my existing account so that I can make calls on the watch when I am not near my phone

@Lindaiscott You do this via the watch app. You have to be a contract customer for your iPhone this includes a sim only contract. The cost of this is £7 per month on a 30 day rolling contract and you get 10Gb of data just for the watch.
