My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.

Even that is hit and miss.
I have two PAYG SIMs. One is reporting correct amounts of data in response to texting AL to 150. The other is reporting well over 100 GB available when it can't exceed less than half of that, even accounting for data roll-over and boosts.

In my account online shows 0 minutes 0 data 0 texts.

I topped up a few days ago and it is saying I have no data or minutes but I have only made 1 phone call and use WiFi at home
