App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Account now showing all my usage and allowance data in in the app - thank you

Hi. I have had the same trouble today. And done exactly the same as you. And after hour's of wasted time. Still didn't speak to anyone or told how to access my account. I was just told in a text how much data I have used ( which was wrong)

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling from the play/app store? 

Can you access your account details if you log into ee.co.uk?
