App not showing data, minutes or texts

My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Hi georgelesley, yes, everyone's having this issue, unfortunately!  No-one seems to know what the problem is, or how long it's going to take to sort it out...

Online my account shows I have no data, no texts and no minutes, even though it shows my package updated today. I don't want to be caught without any of these this evening.

If you text BALANCE to 150 does the reply show all your allowances have renewed?

Why am I getting the message 'something went wrong and we cannotshow you your data at present'.  Also the email site shows I have no minutes, data or texts even just after direct debit taken?  This has been going on for some weeks now.

I have tried phoning but the wait time is always more than 10 minutes!

@Robert412 , @Suffolk8 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

Same for me the whole of this month. The web portal is not working just like the app! Shame was just about getting used to the fast internet speeds of EE. If they don't sort it soon i think time to move on to anther provider guys............

Can't seem to see my data usage on pay as you go, through the ee app. It comes up with no data left, even after a fresh pack has been added. Help! I'm currently paying gor a 100gb data pack just because I don't want it yo run out as I'm on the road all week and needs the data every day.
