App Shockingly Bad

The EE app has gone so beyond bad it's ridiculous. Every update they push out seems to make it worse. Constantly crashes, doesn't show current stats for data and usage it ALWAYS says there's a technical issue and unable to show info. I've already said I'm leaving EE as soon as I possibly can and taking my 3 devices with me - this app just adds to the misery of being with the "UKs WORST network"

Absolute waste of time, it is clear there is a major fault with the app. 

@Johnlepelley  when this thread started in 2023 it had nothing to do with the app you’re using now.      The app works fine for me and for many other customers.

 

   And clearly you don’t want to explain your issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I was commenting on the suggestion to uninstall the app and reinstall being a waste of time. 
I have done this 3 times now and the app still does not work. 
I get the same result as the many others who are complaining it asks you to link you’re device then says you are already linked. 
my old EE app also worked fine only became useless when I changed from pay to sim only. 
this new app only has pages and pages of sales guff and no information about your account. 
perhaps you super EEStar can suggest how to get the app to work as I’ve found nothing in the EE community to help
