For the past 4 weeks 9 (I kid you not) I have been trying to get through to EE with a query. I can NEVER get through. With all the wait time added on hold, it must be over 4 hours in total. I've literally just given up now. This is disgustingly awful service. I have been without a SIM card for over a month now, and I just want to cancel my phones now. The service was never like this, and it has not improved over the past couple of years.I would not recommend EE to anyone now. This country is literally going to the dogs in regards to the level of dire customer service from these big corporate companies.

If you don't have a SIM card what number are you using to call EE.

You've not explained the reasons for needing a replacement SIM, but you can source one from any EE retail store with photographic-ID, if you're having problems with a delivery.
