Hello,
I am trying to upgrade my phone and add an EE perk for 20% off. I’ve generated 2 codes and both are coming up invalid. I’ve googled for some answers but none of the solutions are working. The phone plan is not already discounted, I’ve cleared all cache and cookies, the code is still in date until 2027 and I’m in the last month of my contract. I was gonna go for a SIM only contract at the start of November however would love a new phone if I can get it cheap enough so this NHS discount would be really helpful. Just not sure why it’s not working.
Please help before I give up and go sim only instead 😂😭

Thanks for coming to the community.
If both codes are showing invalid, and you've got no other discount on your account or selecting a plan that's already discounted we would need to get the codes checked for you. To do this, please give us a call on 150 and a guide can get the perk code looked into to see why this is showing invalid.
