Passwords and the EE ap

I obviously have an EE account and since I am posting on here (using my PC)  I have a logon and password  I have downloaded the EE Ap  (The only way to see your Bill) but it will not allow me to logon it says my password is wrong are there two logons?

@timetc : There's only 1 login per username/email addy.

You can see your bill on your online a/c from your PC.
