I can see several people have taken the time to post similar messages, but this is quite important. The app is shockingly badly made, and the website is really not much better. The app simply gets stuck in a loop every time I try to log in. I have NEVER successfully got it to work. Although I don't work in IT any longer, I used to be a programmer, and I would say that I'm fairly good at getting this sort of thing to work- even if I have to do it by trial and error - but I have come to a complete dead end. I have honestly tried everything, including a factory reset!

I should add that I really don't have a problem with EE on the whole. I think the network is good, the speeds are good, the customer service is good. In fact I was only trying to use the app to buy a new phone and contract!

After failing to log into the app, I tried to use the website instead. I had a very small amount of success (I was able to actually get into the website and look for phones) but as soon as I tried to log onto my account, I met with total failure. Links and buttons just didn't do ANYTHING. sub forms and option boxes would pop up and then be left on the screen with all other information greyed out so I couldn't do anything except close my browser and start from the beginning again. I could go on and on, but frankly I don't see why I should have to. You should have beta tested this properly. It is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! 

I have NEVER seen a worse app or website, and the fact that it is a mobile phone company males this honestly an embarrassment.

This needs fixing ASAP.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on the EE app, and I'm disappointed to hear you've not had the best experience with this. 

It's worth having a check to see if you're able to log in successfully via the browser version of your account and face the same issues. 

This can help highlight if the issue lies with your account itself, or the way the app is interacting with your device. 

I'd also recommend reaching out to our technical team as well, and they can also help you troubleshoot any issues that you're facing.

HAving the same issue, it is absolutley shocking, have tried various web browsers and all end up in the same mess !Sort this out EE as it is a joke.

Worst app ever been with Them 3 Months every time I go to Add a SIM data Says account not fully set up well it certainly is Regret actually moving to EE USELESS IN EVERYTHING EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM IS USELESS
