OPPO Find X9 Pro Promotion: Oppo Watch X3 (IMEI locked): Website crashed

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some help from the community team regarding a promotional claim for a new phone.

I bought an OPPO Find X9 Pro from EE on 14/06/2026. This was during the official promotion period to get a free OPPO Watch X3.

The promotional website crashed while I was filling out the form:

  • I completed steps 1 and 2 successfully.
  • On step 3, the site crashed before I could enter my email code.
  • I tried again, entered the code, and clicked finish, but the page froze.

I never received a confirmation email. Now, when I try to restart the form, the system says my IMEI has already been claimed.

Hi @Lasith 

It sounds like it did go through, maybe the email will arrive soon, or have you checked your spam folder?

The web page says to contact them...

I have submitted my claim but have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check the junk or spam email folders as it is possible that the confirmation email may have been stored there.
