Hi everyone,
I am looking for some help from the community team regarding a promotional claim for a new phone.
I bought an OPPO Find X9 Pro from EE on 14/06/2026. This was during the official promotion period to get a free OPPO Watch X3.
The promotional website crashed while I was filling out the form:
I never received a confirmation email. Now, when I try to restart the form, the system says my IMEI has already been claimed.
Thank you,
Lasith

Hi @Lasith,
Welcome to the Community!
As this is something that is being run directly with Oppo you would need to wait for them to get back to you, as we would not be able to escalate this with them.

Hi @Lasith
It sounds like it did go through, maybe the email will arrive soon, or have you checked your spam folder?
The web page says to contact them...
Please check the junk or spam email folders as it is possible that the confirmation email may have been stored there.
If you are still unable to find, please email us at [email protected].

Hi, @chistery ,
Just a quick update—I actually received a rejection email from OPPO ([email protected]) stating that my details "did not match the Terms & Conditions."
They didn't provide any specific reason, which makes me suspect that when the website crashed mid-submission, it sent through an incomplete form that triggered a rejection. My official EE invoice clearly shows I bought a qualifying OPPO Find X9 Pro from EE within the correct promotional dates, so I am definitely eligible (p. 1).
I have replied directly to their email ([email protected]) asking for a manual review of my EE invoice.
Is there an EE Community Manager or Moderator on this board who can escalate this internally? Since this is an official EE launch promotion, it would be great to get some backing from the EE team to help resolve this glitch.
Thanks again!
