I can't claim the Galaxy Tab A9 I was told I could get with my phone.

I purchased an S25U 3 days ago and was told with my order that I can get a Watch 7 or a Tab A9 with my order. After doing a little bit of searching, I found a link to a Samsung website to which I could enter the phone/order details. Doing so tells me that the promotion ended at the end of June. Is there any way I can claim this?

How did you place the order?

I can't see any current offers for getting a Watch 7 with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. 

As you mentioned, there was one a few months ago, and there is a current one for purchases of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE to get the Watch 7.

There has been an offer to claim a Galaxy Tab A9+ (Graphite) for purchases of the S25 Ultra between 27th June and 10th July, but if your purchase was after that, you'd not be eligible to claim.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I purchased my phone on Monday the 14th July through the EE app. I was looking and the image of the phone showed the A9 and the Watch 7. The bonus also told me that I could claim either device. I remember vividly as that was what made me choose the S25 Ultra in the first place

An image of a phone with a watch would likely be classed as just for illustrative purposes, unless you have a screenshot of specific promotional wording.

I am having the same issue. 

The offer for a  galaxy tab A9+ was still showing when I purchased my Galaxy S25 Ultra on the 25th July - and was the reason why I decided to purchase that phone. 

I ultimately feel extremely let down and led on by this.

I've enquired on this one, and from what we can see at our end the details of this offer were removed from the product page at midnight on the 9th into the 10th of July. 

I've asked to see if we can double check to be 100% sure with this one, so if I hear anything more I'll let you know. 

If you remain unhappy with this though, I'd recommend raising this directly with our complaints team, who'll be able to take a closer look into the experience you've had here.
