Payment keeps getting reversed

Every time I try and pay my bill or device payment on the app or website I keep getting a message saying "Payment has been reversed by merchant". 

I've managed to pay the bill with out it being reversed (although the amount is still showing as outstanding on my EE account) but my device payment keeps getting reversed. The problem is with you as the money is definitely in my bank account.
