Refund upfront

Hi I ordered iPhone 15 Pro max upfront have been taken from my account but didn't get refund after 5 working days when I called customer service I have been told upfront will be refund in 5 working days.

Just trying to track my order but when I enter my order number and email or phone details it says ‘ oops! tracking has timed out’??Would be great to be able to speak to someone but been on hold for ages this afternoon and this evening.

Payment

Everytime I enter my card details and try to purchase on the EE website, it comes up saying “something went wrong” I’ve tried this on two phones, anyone have any clue as to how to fix this? Thanks
