Money taken from bank for something I returned months ago

My mother passed away early Feb 2026 and we only had the pro box for 1 week it was not even opened, I returned in February 2026 and may they took £140 out of my bank account for returned box. I had to go to my local shop who took all the necessary proof I had returned item. When I called about the refund they said I would receive refund as credit. When I said I wanted the money back in my bank so I could feed myself for the month they said I had had numerous messages reminding me I had to return the pro box. I explained I only had 1 box which I returned so why did they take the money after two months. I had rang them so many times, they even asked to speak to my poor deceased mother. This is theft they are a multi million pound company no wonder if they have no problem taking money for something already returned and signed for. Disgusting people, if I didn't have a contract to fullfil I would send everything back to them. So upset 😭
