I recently purchased some Apple AirPods with 24 months of inclusive Apple Music, the AirPods came last week but I’ve received no instruction on how to set up my inclusive Apple Music add-on? Nothing on my EE app, can’t talk to anyone on the phone and the EE guides have been particularly helpful!

 

Any help would be appreciated

If you check your active add-ons, is Apple Music listed there?

You can also try visiting http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome using the mobile number the Apple Music offer is linked to, with Wi‑Fi switched off so you're connected using mobile data.

If Apple Music isn't showing as an add-on, or you're still unable to activate it, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team, who'll be able to take a closer look at your account.
