Why is the live chat on the website not available the same hours as the live chat on the app? Even when logged in on the website it tells me live chat closes at 20:00. On the app it's available until 22:30. My work hours mean that I can't ring them or do live chat before the website one closes at 20:00.
The app is so inconsistent with notifications that it means I can't do anything else with my phone as I have to keep the app open so I don't miss a notification that someone has responded to my chat. If I miss the notification, they close the chat. I spent 2 and a half hours (when it told me the wait time would be 20 min) waiting to be connected with someone on Monday, then just under 2 hours (wait time was advertised as 40 min) yesterday and now it's giving me an estimated 1 and a half hour wait time to speak to someone.

I can absolutely get this all double checked, what is it you've been looking to speak with us about here?
Also is it a personal account or a business account that you have with us?

Live Chat is only available on the app. What are you looking at online?
