App Shockingly Bad

The EE app has gone so beyond bad it's ridiculous. Every update they push out seems to make it worse. Constantly crashes, doesn't show current stats for data and usage it ALWAYS says there's a technical issue and unable to show info. I've already said I'm leaving EE as soon as I possibly can and taking my 3 devices with me - this app just adds to the misery of being with the "UKs WORST network"

I absolutely agree. Like you, I had to migrate from Plusnet to EE... What a mistake, I should have gone to an alternative provider. I don't mind being forced down the app route to resolve issues, find billing etc etc, when the app actually works, i.e. does what it's supposed to do. This pathetic piece of **** just makes me thankful I haven't agreed to a 3yr contract.

I do believe the App is now ok (for me anyway) now it's fully active.
Regarding moving to EE I think for me it was a no brainer, as before I was with 3 mobile - totally useless, never got a signal & then Talkmobile, Vodafone piggyback - again terrible signal (but good customer service!)
EE so far seem helpful & I actually have a signal nearly all the time 🙂

What problems are you having with the app? 

Do you have the same happen if you log into your EE account using a web browser?

I feel the same , the app is awful,  I will also be moving once contracts are paid , due to how bad it is . Signing in over and over ,just for it to crash. EE sort it out as you will lose customers.

Totally agree, was with BT for years then  had to join EE, the app is useless always crashes cab never see my bill, all the time I was with BT the app was excellent!

It is your App mate, we are all having problems, nothing to do with re downloading! It is poor! Shocking!, hope you will look into it soon otherwise customers will leave!
