Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Can you text BALANCE to 150, do you have allowances showing?

Same for me, both in the app and when logging into my account online. When texting balance to 150 it states 400 minutes, unlimited texts and 16.8gb remaining, but I rely on the app to keep track of my data.

Good afternoon,

Can someone please let me know when the Pay As You Go glitch will be fixed?

I know this affects all EE Pay As You Go customers, but it has been over 24 hours and still no fix or response from EE regarding the outage and glitch with the MY EE APP and the website.

Could someone from the Pay As You Go team update your Pay As You Go customers as to what is going on?

My EE App says I have 0 Data, 0 Minutes and 0 texts left, which I know is wrong.

I tried using data whilst i was out today…it wouldn’t work. I checked i had signal and it was near enough 4 bars. I got home and checked with 150 what my remaining balance was.. says i have unlimited texts and minutes as well as nearly 35GB until 07/09/22… 

I looked at my EE app and it says I have no data left?? I’ve barely used my data so I can’t not have any left?? 

It's time they got this problem sorted. Sent from my Galaxy

Are you on contract or pay as you go? What does it show on our add-on status checker?

I’m on pay as you go. 

 After clicking that link for the status checker this comes up…I followed all the steps but nothing came up.
