All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Ditto that, noticed it on Monday pm. There was a help link, several times in this conversation that was flagged Forbidden whenever I clicked on it, if that helps, it didn't fo me

Agreed and useful, but just type AL to 150 same result
