All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Glasgow - thanks though the options have changed and they are of course closed - Though I got a response from 150 - 508 of 510 MB, 214 of 215 mins and 75 of 75 texts Thanks for you help.

Yes, I paid £10 & £15 respectively for them. But there were no e-Vouchers top-up codes in the packages.

send AL to 150 you'll get an update eventually - It's still there you just can't see it - not great but something I suppose

Just ran a speed test via fast.com on my mobile device with EE sim, just over 100Mbps. I guess that part of the dashboard is slightly messed up. Was hoping, moving some data around or making some use of some minutes would get the dashboard to respond and update with new usage/activity stats.

Just to check, but below the part-page you posted is "Your allowances". Does it show all as "0 left of 0"?
In the last coupla hours there are reports that MyEE is showing zero data, mins & texts.
See whether http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi shows a more realistic data & credit status.

Under the section "Your allowances", it does show all as "0 left of 0".

thx, check my data still have 90GB left; but the thing is if they don’t fix it asap, I counldnt share/turn on my hotspot to download file for my tmr company meeting…..damn
