All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Since last night there have been a no. of reports that MyEE is showing zero data, mins & texts.
See whether http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi shows a more realistic data & credit status.

Are there issues with viewing allowances on the app and on the website today?
Unlimited texts showing as zero, data and minutes showing as zero..etc...was working fine yesterday.
Phone still calls, texts etc so I guess it's a website/app issue.

Yes on both. Just tried texting balance to 150. Had a reply saying,
Sorry we are unable to process your request, we are aware of the problem so please try again a little later.

My EE app is showing that I have O data, O mins, and O texts.. Yesterday it was showing unlimited txt/mins and 70 gig of data.. Any ideas??
