All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Seems to be an issue with EE as many other have the same issue.
I'd just wait for a fix from EE and if you have unlimited text/calls I wouldn't worry about it.
You won't use 70gb before they fix it anyway and it will let you know if you run out anyway.

The link is flagged as "forbidden" - spooky. Those are not the options I get on the number, which is academic as the call just gets dropped. 😡 This is ridiculous.

I got a new service on Aug 8th for 30 days and 60gb of data. Yesterday, my data stopped and my account went to zero gb available and my unlimited plan went to zero as well.

Got through after 17 mins pointless really, they are "very busy" - shocker - then sent a text from 249 asking how the have done, I was perhaps unkind but polite and understated

Had a message this morning saying I had 100 mins calls, 60 texts and 1 GB data left, but my account shows 0, 0, and 0.
Also my texts out have been delayed by 30 minutes or more and calls in have been blocked today. These two things now working again, but account still showing 0,0,0.
