 My Smart Router suggests 2 different apps to manage it, but the App Store link doesn’t work, My EE doesn’t appear to exist and the two apps I do have (EE App and EE Home) don’t appear to give access to router management. Any clues?

Apple one not showing with full works plan

I have a full works plan that was upgraded in April 2025. Currently I have no inclusive extra chosen as I already have Netflix through BT. Apple One doesn’t show as an option for me to choose and I can’t work out why?
