All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

@James_B : Is the Forbiddeness of http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ issue also currently under investigation?
With both of these reporting mechanisms out of action it is almost impossible for a user to discover how much data they have left.

@James_B - Yes still seeing zero, zero, zero, on the dashboard for data/minutes/texts.

Yeah, send AL to 150 and you'll get the actual values that are showing as zero on the app / website (eventually)

My £10 pack renewed today, but my allowances are showing 0 minutes and 0 texts and just 100mb of data, when I should have about 500 minutes, unlimited texts and about 8gb of data.
What has gone wrong?

I have the same EE thechincal problems on EE I can't phone or diak 150
Contacted ee they are aware of usue but no time scale of fix

Mine are blend new PAYG sims with packs.
