My account is showing a credit of £30. I cannot make 150 text or call

My account is showing a credit of £30  plus. I cannot make 150 text or call, tells me I don’t have enough credit to make the call or text. I have been abroad and have been told to text at least once every 3 months which I have done. No way to get customer service

the only thing I can do is top up!!

Just to confirm, you can't call or text any number right now, including 150? 

If you text BALANCE to 150, do you get a response? 

Our Customer Service team may need to double check your account to make sure everything is still active as expected. I'd suggest using an alternative line to speak with the team directly if you're no further forward.
