Hello everyone, does anyone know why I keep getting payment errors? I tried using both my computer and my phone but both failed.I haven't used this number for half a year and now I want to activate it. Is this related to it?

I am a PAYG customer and need to speak to someone via Live Chat as I am abroad and cannot text or call. I have looked on the Help and Contact Us page and it only gives me the option to text or call. Please can someone help?
