Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Makes no difference the whole system is goosed

So the new look of the app isn't that bad. Bit whats getting to me is that I was able to check usage so far for me and my partner. I could see text and calls which were made on the day or previous. In order and in detail. I pay for that service so why has it gone???

I'm PAYG and getting the same issue. Noticed it yesterday on app, checked this morning on the account page on pc and shows the same.

I’m another PAYG customer with 0 allowances showing. It’s the same in the app and online. A text of AL to 150 comes back correctly though. 
Has there been any “official” comment at all? Hope my next pack in 2 days will still renew correctly 🤔

Why does my account show zero txt and zero minutes and only 2g data. I've not changed my pack ???

Hi I topped up on the 18 August now its saying I got no data minutes and texts 

I'm on PAYG, I am experiencing the same issue, showing as 0 data etc.., but a direct debit went out just a few days ago.

Yesterday My data was taken after I had got home and started watching a YouTube video on my phone. I know it was connected to the Wi-Fi. Then YouTube went off-line and I thought strange, so went into app and saw all my data had gone!

 

Logged into new app this morning (which I hate btw) and a all my minutes and texts have disappeared. I rely on my phone for connecting to family and this is the last straw I’ve had a few months of things disappearing and reporting things wrongly and this is the final straw. I just hope it gets EE to look at this as it’s probably linked in with the new app. I just want a simple pay-as-you-go pack which I’ve had with EE for possibly nearly 10 years? With no problems at all. Sorry for the rant but just feeling pretty peeved this morning. I am on a £1 torque pack and have built up quite a lot of boosts. I realise problems can happen but really not good enough..

Did that, and it restored the texts and calls, but not the account allowances. which are still all showing 0.
