Annual increase.

Price Rise in April

I am due an upgrade on my contract in April.If I upgrade between 1 March 2023 and 31 March 2023, do I avoid the price increase on my new contract? (and equally, on any other contract with a supplier assuming the same T&Cs?).

Cancelled my sim

Hi I had cancelled my sim (cancel any time) pay as go. But EE has not cancel it and shows me as a default. It has affected my credit score, I didn't receive any email /post about delay or default notice.How to sort this out
