HiI am being charged for data roaming whilst on holiday in Lanzarote, despite sending a text request to EE via 150 to acquire a data roaming pass.Please can you advise?

Phone bill suspended

Hi I've jus attempted to make a call and it's sayin it's been suspended dueto my bill not bein paid but on myaxxount it's sayin my next bill isn't due till the 23rd may other than that I'm up to date
