Calls abroad

I rang a number in Turkey (I meant to use WhatsApp but called on mobile in error 🤦🏻‍♀️) as soon as I realised I cut the call after a couple of seconds. The call wasn't answered but I have been charged £3.91....is this correct?

@Karenb1 Yes and it’s £3.91 per minute. And the call must of been answered for you to be charged, you might of hung up just as it got answered.
